Oxfordshire, UK - On my way to the Salvo Fair, it officially opens today until Sunday 28th June. But here, a preview from trade day and the SalvoWEB team sweetly made my first Salvo Fair hit a record 1,300 tonnes of reclaimed, salvaged and antique items - the most displayed in its history! Standing on Sir William and Lady McAlpine's private estate, the new Salvo Fair venue at Fawley Hill, Henley-on-Thames, you will find big things such as the original cast iron gothic balustrade of London's Westminster Bridge to tiny salvaged spaces. Chatting to Dan and Anna of Love Lane Caravans, who made the stunning tin tabernacle brought to the fair with LASSCO, the end of a project calls for a break until you get inspired to start all over again.
Barely over my first reclaimed renovation, I am in need of a break, but this pink 1950s English Rose kitchen might be the inspiration to start my next one..
Join me and the SalvoWEB team and share your salvage selfie for the chance to win two very useful things!
