Norfolk, UK - At Gaze's 1,055 lot architectural salvage and statuary sale held on 3 July in Diss, the top lot was 50 square yards of York stone flagstones from the Tyneside Swan Hunter shipyard which sold for £7,000 (£140sqyd). A stone figure of St Michael made £3,800 and 16.5sqyds of 18th century oak flooring made £1,200.
Gaze's next architectural sale will be on 21 August 2010, with a rural and domestic bygones sale on 31 July.
