Hertfordshire, UK - Official visitor numbers at Salvo Fair 2010 were 4,828. This amounts to 300 people less than Salvo 2009. The decrease was caused by the England football match on Sunday which meant the fair site was very quiet from around 2pm. However, there was a thirty percent increase in ticket sales on the gate on Saturday. On the Salvo stand, wooden wine boxes from The Wine Society, Stevenage were sold to raise money for Medecins Sans Frontieres. Contributions towards Saturday night's hog roast were also donated bringing the total raised to £366. Big thank you's all round.
