London West, UK - UK government recycling quango, WRAP, have designed a new web site promoting the use of recycled aggregate, funded by the aggregates tax. It contains some handy notes on specifying recycled aggregates, a list of suppliers (hardly comprehensive but it's early days) and some case studies drawn from around the world. A cursory look appears to show that this site does not add to the already overwhelming calls from demolition to crush all old reclaimable bricks - so we should be thankful for that.
